Music acts highlight annual BeachFest

Celebrate 11 years of fun in Round Lake Beach at BeachFest 2015.

Presented by the village of Round Lake Beach and the Cultural & Civic Center Foundation, the festival will be from 3-11 p.m. Friday, 1-11 p.m. Saturday and 1-8 p.m. Sunday, June 26-28, at the Round Lake Beach Cultural and Civic Center, 2007 Civic Center Way.

Family-friendly activities include a carnival, battle of the bands, the cultural entertainment stage and children's entertainment stage, a climbing wall, a petting zoo, the Pinewood Derby, face-painting, balloons and more. A food and beverage tent will be available.

• 6 p.m.: Los Tremendos Alegres
