Concert at Hemmens to benefit Administer Justice

An upcoming concert in Elgin will showcase Christian musicians while raising funds for a local nonprofit.

Administer Justice will hold a 15th anniversary benefit concert at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, June 25, at the Hemmens Cultural Center, 45 Symphony Way.

Performers include radio station K-LOVE's female artist of the year nominee, Plumb, and Elgin's own Citizen Way.

The concert benefits Administer Justice, a local nonprofit providing practical assistance and hope to low-income individuals and their families in need of a civil legal advocate. This year, the organization is celebrating 15 years of service to the community.

"It has been a privilege for our organization to serve those in poverty for the past 15 years," said Eric Nelson, executive director of Administer Justice. "We are grateful for the many volunteers, including hundreds of attorneys who have given their time and talent to advocate for the most vulnerable in our community. We invite everyone to join us at this special event to celebrate justice for all."

Tickets for the event are on sale now at www.AdministerJustice.org. General admission tickets are available for a minimum donation of $20 and VIP tickets are available for a donation of $50. Bottled water and snacks will be sold at the event. All proceeds will benefit the work of Administer Justice.
