Purple Power Pops

2½ cups pineapple juice

2 cups shredded red cabbage

2 frozen bananas, sliced

½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt

Pour the pineapple juice into a high-powered blender. Add the cabbage, bananas and yogurt and blend until smooth.

Pour into frozen treat molds and freeze several hours until solid.

Serves eight to 12 (depending on size of molds).

Cook's note: If you don't want to wait for these to freeze, pour into cups and enjoy immediately.
