The Kicking Ash Summer Grilling series offers a variety of two-hour classes - beginning at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 20, with BBQ 101. Participants get a grill, knife, cutting board and seasonings for a variety of dishes featuring beef, poultry, seafood, seasonal vegetables and more. Grillers take home a care package.
