Palatine Stingrays Win USSSA Warrior Classic

The Palatine Stingrays dominated at the USSSA Warrior Classic in Deerfield, Illinois. The Stingrays were undefeated for the weekend. Palatine used 4 pitchers (Poss, Dudley, Beach, and Garnmeister) to get the job done. The pitching staff struck out 39 batters and allowed only 7 hits for the entire weekend. The Stingrays were alive at the plate with 7 members of the roster batting over .500 and were led by catcher Elaina Kraus who went 8 for 9 over the weekend.

The Palatine Stingrays represent the travel softball portion of Palatine Youth Baseball and Softball. Members of the 10U team are Kelly Beach, Kayla Courtney, Gina Dudley, Mary Elliott, Alexandra Garnmeister, Ava Jordan, Elaina Kraus, Nicole Marceau, Kalyn McCarthy, Anna Poss, and Kylie Williams.
