Scottish Festival and Highland Games

The 29th annual festival runs from 4 to 10 p.m. June 19 and 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. June 20 at Hamilton Lakes, 333 Pierce Road, Itasca. Includes Heavy Athletics Exhibition, Midwest Pipe Band Championship, Highland Dance Competition, Celtic music and food, animals of Scotland and more. Admission is $12 on Friday and free for ages 12 and younger; $20 on Saturday, $5 for ages 3-12 and free for ages 2 and younger. Two-day passes are $30, $5 for ages 3-12 and free for ages 2 and younger. Parking is $5 per vehicle or $8 for a two-day pass. Visit chicagoscots.org.
