  Retired Elgin firefighters Larry Judkins and Craig Eadler watch a wreath in the Fox River from the Kimball Street bridge Tuesday. The dropped the wreath to memorialize the deaths of two firefighters who died there 41 years ago. They were both involved in the rescue attempt and saw the men die.
