My perspective this past weekend took me to southwestern Wisconsin where the streams run cold and twelve inch trout slurp at the caddis flies emerging from the meniscus. Blue skies and green pastures lined the small midwestern streams as I went in search of trout in this little piece of heaven. I was first introduced to fly fishing by a good friend of mine almost 30 years ago and I have enjoyed the sport ever since. Often while there is a lull in the fishing I will just stop, sit down and admire the surroundings. I hope that some of you will appreciate the beauty as well.
