June 17: CLC sponsors Adult Education College and Career Program Fair

Are you currently enrolled in Adult Basic Education, GED or ESL classes or are planning to enroll? If so, come to the Adult Education College and Career Program Fair sponsored by the College of Lake County Adult Basic Education, GED and ESL division on Wednesday, June 17 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The fair will be held in a tent outside the Physical Education Center, next to Building 4 on the north side of the Grayslake campus, 19351 W. Washington St. Parking is available in Lots 2 and 3. If you need public transportation, PACE buses also serve the Grayslake campus.

Attendees can meet career program faculty, learn about career certificates and speak with staff from CLC's Career and Job Placement Center, Financial Aid and Enrollment Services offices, and representatives from the Job Center of Lake County.

The following CLC career programs and departments will participate in the fair: Administrative Office Systems, Automotive Technology, Automotive Collision Repair, Hospitality and Culinary Management, Computerized Numerical Controls, Early Childhood Education, Health and Wellness Promotion, Horticulture, HVAC Engineering Technology, Massage Therapy, Phlebotomy, Welding and the Workforce and Professional Development Institute's vocational programs.
