Prospect Heights community breakfast Saturday

As it has done for the last 10 years, the Prospect Heights Lions Club will hold an annual pancake breakfast from 9 a.m. to noon at the main fire and police stations located at Camp McDonald and Elmhurst Roads on Saturday, May 30.

The event has grown over the years to include almost every community organization within Prospect Heights and offer expanded activities for children. Firefighters and police officers will give equipment and station tours and the park districts, public works and library will offer different children's games and inflatable activities.

The breakfast is $5. Parking is on Maple Avenue next to the police department on Camp McDonald Road.
