Midlothian Manor hearing continues
Testimony is scheduled to continue Tuesday for a public hearing on a proposal to place chronically homeless people with mental illness in a building on the edge of Lake Zurich's north side. The Lake County zoning board of appeals will preside over the hearing's third day and eventually decide if a government use occupancy permit should be granted to allow the PADS Lake County clients to live in Midlothian Manor. The hearing will resume at 9 a.m. at the Lake County permit facility, 500 W. Winchester Road, Libertyville.
