Elgin

• Christopher Walker, 31, of the 200 block of Center Street in Elgin, was charged Monday with domestic battery, aggravated domestic battery, unlawful restraint and interfering with reporting of domestic violence, court records show. His bail was set at $50,000 in Kane County bond court; his next court date is June 3.

• Thomas J. Frueh, 65, of the 400 block of Bellwood Avenue in Hillside, was charged Wednesday with disorderly conduct and possession of burglary tools, court records show. His bail was set at $10,000 in Kane County bond court; his next court date is May 28.

• Katherine M. Pappano, 26, of the 200 block of Villa Place in Elgin, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol and possession of a controlled substance, court records show. Her bail was set at $5,000 in Kane County bond court; her next court date is May 28.

West Dundee

• Joel Rodriguez, 39, of the 600 block of Edwards Avenue in West Dundee, was charged Monday with battery and aggravated battery, court records show. His bail was set at $20,000 in Kane County bond court; his next court date is May 27.
