Gasol won't play in Game 5

Bulls center Pau Gasol will not play in Tuesday's Game 5 at Cleveland. This is the second straight playoff game Gasol has missed because of a left hamstring strain. He was last on the court early in the third quarter of Game 3 last Friday at the United Center.

When he shared the news, Bulls coach Tom Thibodeau was asked if Gasol is feeing better. He answered, "Yeah, a little bit."

Gasol was seen doing some exercises in the hallway outside the visitors locker room roughly two hours before game time.

The second-round series is tied 2-2, so no matter what happens Tuesday, there will be a Game 6 on Thursday at the United Center.

During the regular season, Gasol, 34, averaged 18.5 points and 11.8 rebounds.
