Foxy Benefit Concert showcases talent

More than 20 different performers volunteered their talents to the Foxy Benefit Concert, presented by Country Financial, which took place on April 26 at the Arcada Theatre in downtown St. Charles.

Proceeds help meet recreation needs of children and adults with disabilities through the Fox Valley Special Recreation Foundation.

The foundation is a local charity that provides funds to Fox Valley Special Recreation Association, which offers year-round recreation programming throughout their member park districts - St. Charles, Geneva, Batavia, Fox Valley, Oswegoland and Sugar Grove - as well as South Elgin Parks and Recreation Department.

A recording of the performance from "Foxy" is available to stream on the Batavia Access Television website at MyBATV.com.
