St. Charles

• Matthew Oury Snyder, 26, of the 900 block of Pleasant Drive, South Elgin, was charged April 27 with marijuana possession, drug paraphernalia possession and speeding, according to a police report.

• Lisa Marie Babich, 19, of the 10000 block of Fawn Prairie Drive, Roscoe, and Hannah Lynn Heffron, 20, of the 400 block of Fulton Street, Elgin, both were charged April 26 with retail theft, according to a police report. Store security at Meijer, 855 S. Randall Road, observed Babich and Heffron attempt to take $183.37 worth of cosmetics from the store without paying for the items, police said.

• Matthew R. Heisey, 20, of the 1600 block of South 13th Avenue, St. Charles, was charged April 24 with marijuana possession, according to a police report.

• Dolores M. Luedtke, 55, of the 32W000 block of Churchill Lane, Wayne, was charged April 23 with public drunkenness, according to a police report.
