Comedy Central: Some good one-liners by Blackhawks
After they retire, no Blackhawks players are going to put Jerry Seinfeld or Jimmy Fallon out of business. But a couple of them gave the media some hearty laughs before the team flew to Minneapolis for Game 3.
Twenty-year-old Teuvo Teravainen was asked what it's like to play for a strict, defensive coach like Joel Quenneville, to which he answered: "Uh, it's good. (laughter). I don't want to say any bad word about him (roars of laughter)."
Then 36-year-old Michal Rozsival was asked if had any friends who were jealous of him playing on a team like the star-studded Blackhawks.
The quick-on-his-feet Rozsival deadpanned: "I have friends who are jealous because I'm still playing."
Even Jonathan Toews got into the act when he was asked if the Hawks walk into opposing arenas with their chests puffed out like, "WE ARE THE BLACKHAWKS!"
A smiling Toews, after pondering for a moment: "I don't know if I should put it that way (laughter). That would cause a few waves, I think. That might be billboard material for other teams."
