First Midwest Bank receives highest J.D. Power ranking

ITASCA - For the second straight year, J.D. Power ranked First Midwest Bank the highest in customer satisfaction for the six state Midwest region in its 2015 Retail Banking Satisfaction Study.

The results of the recently published study analyzed customer satisfaction with the retail banking experience across six factors including: account information, product offerings, channel activities, facility, fees, and problem resolution.

"We are very pleased and excited to receive this recognition and be ranked highest in the Midwest region, and it is more noteworthy given we have now achieved this level of excellence two years in a row," said Mark Sander, President of First Midwest Bank. "Thank you to all my colleagues for providing our clients with a high level of service during a time when we were experiencing significant growth. And to our clients, I wish to express our thanks for their continued support and confidence.
