Student hosts sought in suburbs

Suburban families are being sought to host 10 students who will visit this summer from Valladolid, Spain, through International Friendship and Learning program. The students will arrive June 29 and return to Spain on July 27, organizers said. That will allow them to experience the Fourth of July and participate in Independence Day activities. A second wave of students will arrive on August 4th and return to Spain on September 1st. The students range in age from 12 to 17 and have a variety of interests, with the common interest of wanting to learn more about American culture and improve their English speaking skills. All students come with travel, medical and liability insurance and all proper legal documents.
