JustPlay! Carol Stream's free sports festival is back!

Looking for an amusing competition? Grab your neighbors and friends and come on by to experience a game of human foosball seen on news stations nationwide and YouTube.

This is just one of the new activities this year at the JustPlay! Sports & Recreation Festival. The special event gives you a chance to explore and experience an assortment of recreational activities in one location for no charge.

JustPlay! Sports & Recreation Festival is Saturday, May 16, from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. JustPlay! is located at the Carol Stream Town Center, corner of Gary Ave and Lies Rd, adjacent to our Fountain View Recreation Center, where many indoor activities will also be taking place to include scuba diving in the indoor pool, party crafts, cookie decorating, field goal kicking, badminton, and a wiffleball homerun derby, to name a few.

Get wacky this year with knockerball. Climb into a single, inflatable sphere with adjustable straps and handles and bump your way around a game of soccer. Then tie up your hockey skates or wear one of ours (no figure skates please) and skate your way around the ice-less skating rink. No matter how warm it is outside, this rink won't melt. Archery enthusiasts can try their aim with safe, inflatable archery, also new this year. If adventure suits you, come and try zip lining or scale a 25-foot rock wall. Looking to try a sport like rugby or pickleball? You can do that and more at JustPlay!

Want to take a break from all the activities? Check out our numerous interactive performances and demonstrations taking place all day in our performance arena.

You won't be at a loss for something to do at JustPlay! Check out all activities and performance schedules at www.justplay.org.

There is limited on-site parking, and free shuttles will be available from nearby park and ride sites. More information and a full schedule is available at www.justplay.org
