Library Trustee Opening

The Poplar Creek Public Library District has an opening on its Board of Trustees. If you love the library and want to be considered for appointment to the Board, please send a letter describing your interest and background to the Board of Trustees, Poplar Creek Public Library District, 1405 S. Park Ave,, Streamwood, IL 60107. The successful applicant will need to run in the 2017 election to compete for a six year term.

Duties include monthly Board Meetings, and work on the budgets and policies for the Library. You must be a resident of the library district and a registered voter to be appointed & run.
