Bears open 2015 season at home vs. Packers
After playing in five primetime games last season and failing to make the NFL playoffs, the Chicago Bears will get only two opportunities before national audiences in the 2015 season.
The NFL released its schedule Tuesday and the Bears, now led by new head coach John Fox, will play a Monday night contest on Nov. 9 at San Diego, and a Thanksgiving game at Green Bay on Nov. 26.
The Bears will also open the 2015 season at home against the Packers on Sept. 13.
Last season the Bears were 2-3 in primetime games but finished 5-11 overall. They were embarrassed 55-14 in a Sunday night game at Green Bay, and followed that up with a 34-17 Thanksgiving loss at Detroit, and a Thursday night loss at Soldier Field to Dallas by a 41-28.
