Grilled Chicken Salad in Jar
2 ounces salad dressing of choice
¼ cup shredded carrots
¼ cup diced red bell peppers
¼ cup chopped broccoli florets
¼ cup diced English cucumber
½ green onion, sliced
2 ounces grilled chicken
1 teaspoon sunflower seeds
1 cup romaine
1 cup arugula
Layer the ingredients into the jar in the order they appear above.
Seal and refrigerate till ready to eat. Dump into a bowl to toss gently to combine.
Serves one.
