Schaumburg food pantry seeks support on May 9

From noon to 4 p.m. Saturday, May 9, Trinity Charities in Schaumburg will be hosting a Food Pantry Day, reaching out to the community to encourage its support.

Although the Trinity Charities Food Pantry often receives food donations, it's hoping for other kinds of donations as well during this event. Among the donations sought are baby items such as diapers, wipes, bottles and formula; women's and men's toiletries; school supplies; and monetary donations.

Checks can be made payable to either Trinity Charities Inc., or to the Greater Chicago Food Depository, with "Trinity Charities Inc. Acct#A01463" written in the memo field.

Trinity Charities Food Pantry is located at 927 Plum Grove Road, Suite F, in Schaumburg. It is a 501 C (3) nonprofit organization dedicated to feeding families with the Northwest Region of Illinois (Cook County).
