'The Hunting Ground' movie at CLC

"The Hunting Ground," a new documentary film that explores sexual assault on American college campuses, will be shown at 7 p.m. Friday, April 24, at the College of Lake County, 19351 W. Washington St., Grayslake. The free film screening will be in Room A162, also known as the Anderson Lecture Hall. Because of construction of the new Science and Engineering Building, visitors are asked to enter at the B Wing and park in lot 4 or 5. "The Hunting Ground" was made by the Academy Award-nominated filmmakers of "The Invisible War," which explored sexual assault in the U.S. military. The event is co-sponsored by CLC's social sciences division and the sexual violence elimination team. For information, call (847) 543-2288.
