Sign up now for "Tee to Green for Sober and Clean"

Sign up now for "Tee to Green for Sober and Clean" golf outing on Monday, May 4, at the Prairie Landing Golf Course in West Chicago. It will begin with a shotgun start at 10 a.m.

Proceeds will benefit Hearts of Hope, Positive Acceptance Toward Healing (PATH), Heroin Epidemic Relief Organization (HERO), and LTM Heroin Awareness and Support Foundation.

Tickets for the golf outing are $150; tickets for the cocktail hour and dinner are $75. Additional fees apply.

Included in each golf package will be: green fees, GPS golf cart, lunch, cocktail hour, dinner and prizes.

The lunch will feature cart service including hot dog or brat, chips and soft drink. The dinner will feature minestrone soup and choice of salad, Vesuvio potatoes and mixed vegetables, baked lasagna, chicken Marsala, bow tie pasta with ham, peas and four-cheese sauce, cookies and tiramisu .

There will be raffles and prizes including longest drive, closest pin, worst group and more.

There will be special guest speaker from 3 to 5 p.m., after golf. State Sen. Karen McConnaughay is serving her second term in the 33rd District. She is the Republican spokeswoman for the Senate transportation and commerce and economic development committees. She also serves as a member on Senate education, energy and public utilities and financial institutions committees.

Resource tables will be open during post golf.
