Barrington businesswoman to sign new book April 18-19
Barrington resident Dyllis Braithwaite will be signing her new book, "Oh! I Love What You're Wearing," Volumes I and II at 2 p.m. on both Saturday, April 18, and Sunday, April 19, at the Barrington Area Library, 505 N. Northwest Highway in Barrington.
Braithwaite, now 87, ran Finn's Fabrics by Dyllis for more than 40 years. Autographed copies of the book will be for sale at the signings. Each volume costs $29.98 plus tax. The mail order price is $35.07, which includes tax and shipping in the U.S.
