CLC Options Fair provides transition info for students with disabilities

The 2015 Options Fair for high school and college students with disabilities and their families will be from 6-8:15 p.m. Thursday, April 30, at the College of Lake County. The event will provide vital information for individuals with disabilities, community and education professionals and families/caregivers.

The Options Fair will be held in the Lower Level C Wing on the CLC Grayslake campus, 19351 W. Washington St. Due to construction of the new Science and Engineering Building, enter at the B Wing and park in lots 4 or 5 to access the C Wing.

Information provided at the fair will focus on educational opportunities, employment services, vocational day programs, government programs, health services, recreational opportunities, referral sources, residential programs, transportation resources, vocational programs and trade schools.

Sponsoring organizations include Adlai Stevenson High School, Barrington High School, College of Lake County, Deerfield/Highland Park High School, Glenbrook High School, Libertyville High School, New Connection Academy and the Special Education District of Lake County.
