Marinated Flank Steak

1½-2 pounds flank steak

⅓ cup soy sauce

⅓ cup Worcestershire sauce

3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

2 tablespoons fresh minced ginger

Trim flank steak of any excess fat or silver skin and place in a resealable plastic bag.

Place all other ingredients in a bowl and whisk till combined. Pour marinade over steak and marinate at room temperature for 1 hour or all day (or overnight) in the refrigerator.

When ready to eat, take steak out of marinade and bring to room temperature. Heat grill to medium high.

Grill steak about 5-7 minutes per side for rare depending upon thickness of steak. Remove to a platter and allow to rest 10 minutes. Slice thinly against the grain and pour drippings over meat. Serve with sliced tomatoes and feta cheese drizzled with vinaigrette of your choice.

Serves four to six.
