How to make screen shots

Ever wanted to show someone exactly what you are talking about on your computer, but were not able to describe it well enough?

This is a perfect moment to make a screenshot and it could not be easier. While there are programs to do more advanced screenshots, here is how to do a basic capture of your screen on a PC, Mac, iOS or Android device.

On a PC

1) Press the "Print Screen" key on your keyboard.

2) Open up an email or document you want to put the screenshot into

3) Press "Control" key and the letter "V" at the same time to paste the image into your document.

On a Mac

1) Press "Command" and "Shift" keys and the number "4" at the same time.

2) Select the area you want to capture with your mouse.

3) The file with the image will save to your desktop.

On an Android Device

1. Press and hold the Power and Volume down (or Power and Home) buttons at the same time.

2. The screenshot will save automatically to your images on the device.

On an iPhone or iPad

1. Press and hold the Power and Home buttons at the same time.

2. The screenshot will save automatically to your photos on the device.
