Northwestern Mutual's McTigue Financial Group Appoints Gonzalez Director of New Representative Support

Amanda Lela Gonzalez has been promoted to Director of New Representative Support with Northwestern Mutual's McTigue Financial Group in Rosemont. As the Director of New Representative Support, Gonzalez manages the Financial Representative Support Team and provides individual coaching to new financial representatives as they start building their financial planning practice.

"As an organization, we have a high performing culture in which we manage individual performance and help our people reach their potential," said Thomas J. Canale, Managing Director of the Rosemont district office. "Amanda will be an integral part of our leadership team working with representatives to develop their financial planning practice through training, mentoring and coaching, and administrative support," he added.

Gonzalez joined the financial planning firm as Office Administrator in 2014. A resident of Des Plaines, Gonzalez volunteers at Homeless Outreach in Chicago.
