CLC hosts Astronomy Day

Visitors may view the sky through powerful telescopes and enjoy a variety of educational activities on Astronomy Day on Saturday, April 25, at the College of Lake County. All the day's activities are free and open to the public of all ages. Activities are scheduled from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and during the evening, a star party will be held from 7 to 10 p.m. Astronomy Day is sponsored by the Lake County Astronomical Society and CLC's Engineering, Math and Physical Sciences division. Events will be held in and around the Technology Building at the CLC Grayslake campus, 19351 W. Washington St.
