Daily Herald partners with ChicagoJobs.com

The Daily Herald is partnering with online job board ChicagoJobs.com, one of the most effective local job boards in the Chicago area.

Though the partnership, jobseekers and employers can find city and suburban jobs and candidates all in one convenient place. With the unemployment rate dropping dramatically as the economy rapidly trends upward, the demand for qualified jobseekers is only going to increase, thus making this development even more significant.

"We couldn't be more pleased to welcome the Daily Herald into this great working partnership," said Joseph Shaker Jr., vice president of Shaker Recruitment Consultants. "By combining their widespread readership and employer base throughout the suburbs with our Chicago resources for top employers and jobseekers, we'll be able to offer a job board that is packed with the jobs and candidates that everyone wants but could never find in one place. Now, they can. And we know the results will be incredibly positive."

A new campaign featuring print advertising and radio commercials will be hitting the media soon to promote this dynamic new partnership.

"It's really a great situation for us," said Daily Herald Director of Digital Sales Pete Rosengren. "Partnering with ChicagoJobs.com means that we'll have increased exposure to both top employers and jobseekers, not just in the city, but throughout the entirety of Chicagoland. Employers will benefit from our combined high-profile brands and marketing presence."
