Glenbard South wins in 10th on Ashe hit
Glenbard South 3, Victor Central, N.Y. 2:
Brian Ashe's run-scoring fielder's choice with the bases loaded in the bottom of the 10th inning won the game for the Raiders (4-1). Alex McGimpsey, Michael Ashe and Tim Marks had 2 hits apiece. Starting pitcher Fabian Garcia struck out 10 over 8 innings. Brian Ashe picked up the win with 2 scoreless innings of relief.
Lake Park 12, Milan, Tenn. 3:
The Lancers (2-0) broke open the game with 4 runs in the top of the fifth and 4 more runs in the sixth. Joe Kennedy went 2-for-3 with a homer and 3 RBI. Nick Worcester tripled and drove in 2 runs while Connor Cook went 3-for-5. Nico Mirandola, Colin Fowich and A.J. Ackerley combined on the mound.
