Stress Management 101

If you have too much stress in your life, it can lead to health problems such as heart disease, chest pain, high blood pressure and even hair loss. Try using some of these ways to reduce stress.

• Avoid unnecessary stress by learning to say "No" and staying away from people who stress you out.

• Adopt a healthy lifestyle by eating right, exercising regularly and getting enough sleep.

• Accept things that you can't change. Learn to not try to control things or people you can't, share your feelings and forgive.

• Make time for fun and relaxation by connecting with others and planning activities. Doing things you enjoy and including rest and relaxation in your everyday schedule.

It's important to stay calm and maintain a normal level of stress. This will result in a healthier and happier lifestyle!
