District 25 should redistrict, not build

I want to thank Rich Olejniczak for recognizing the people, the taxpayers of Arlington Heights. Do we want to dig deeper in our pockets to pay more taxes - or redistrict?

This should be a vote on the taxpayers. Aren't there other options of buildings that once were schools (Rand School, Ridge School or Dunton School) are now owned by the school and/or park district for administrative purposes or rented out with a lease?

I grew up in Arlington Heights and still reside with my family in Arlington Heights. I went through the closing of Park School, Forest View, Rand School, Dunton School, Ridge School and Arlington High School.

Redistricting at a grade school level is a lot easier to a student and not such a bad thing to meet new friends in Arlington Heights. It sounds to me like a "yes" vote to expand was done too quickly. Plan for the future, not in the moment.
