Believe Project: $100 for a friend who went through a difficult divorce

Today's winner of a $100 bill through the Believe Project is Andrea Korovesis of Schaumburg.

Here is an excerpt of her suggestion:

"I would give $100 to a friend I've known since grade school. She is a single mom who went through a difficult divorce last year after many difficult years married to an adulterous man. Through it all, she has remained one of the most positive people I know, committed to doing the best for her two children. While I'd hope she would use the $100 for an indulgence for herself, I am certain she would put it toward her kids' school registration or groceries. It would be great to acknowledge a truly good person who deserves a good turn."
