Fogo de Chao's spring menu
Fogo de Chao welcomes spring with several light and fresh menu additions, including the sugar snap and purple cabbage salad made with green peas, sugar snap peas, red cabbage, red grape tomatoes, red onion and topped with a green onion vinaigrette. Another option is the watermelon, feta and cucumber salad garnished with fresh mint and topped with balsamic glaze. Additionally a winter treat will remain in the menu as a guest favorite: the cured, center-cut bone-in pork chops seasoned with a Brazilian spice rub and carved tableside. Aliano's Express now open
Aliano's Express recently opened in Batavia. Next door, the full-size Aliano's Ristorante serves fine Italian cuisine in a traditional sit-down atmosphere.
