Grayslake North National Merit finalists:
Three Grayslake North High School seniors are among 15,000 students nationally to be named as finalists in the National Merit Scholarship program. Grayslake North's finalists are Sarah Derango, Emily Ehret, and Morgan Schneider. Roughly 1.5 million students of the class of 2015 entered the National Merit Scholarship Program by taking the Preliminary SAT/National Merit Qualifying Test. The three Grayslake North seniors were named semifinalists in September and have met all the requirements to advance to finalist standing in the competition for the National Merit Scholarship awards, which will be announced later this spring.
