Antioch shuts out Waukegan

Led by Rachel Moore, Antioch's girls soccer team erupted for 6 second-half goals and beat Waukegan 6-0 Wednesday night.

Moore scored a natural hat trick after the Sequoits built a 3-0 lead on goals by Mikayla Abbeduto, Courtney Coleman and Ella Roberts. Roberts, Kayla Vasquez, Gracie Bouker and Anna McIlhaney all had assists.

Monica Wilhelm earned the shutout in net, as Antioch improved to 1-1-1.

Wauconda 2, Richmond-Burton 0: Marissa Miller and Diana Guzik scored in the second half for the host Bulldogs (2-0), while Ally Magiera made 4 saves in notching her second shutout in as many games.
