Fittest Loser: Tech Tip week one

Protecting your identity online is one way to keep your stress down and personal/financial information safe from criminals.

Use these healthy habits when it comes to choosing and maintaining your passwords for websites and online accounts.

Don't be so obvious:

Avoid common names, dates, phone numbers, or information that is easily associated with you or your loved ones.

Mix it up a bit:

Use 8-16 characters, include a mix of upper and lowercase letters, and toss in a few numbers and symbols as well.

Use a password manager:

Store complex passwords for all the services you use in a password management tool like LastPass.
