Hersey Orchesis presents annual show 'Affinity'

John Hersey High School's Orchesis program will present its annual show, "Affinity," at 7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 26, to Saturday, Feb. 28, in the school's theater, 1900 E. Thomas St., in Arlington Heights.

Under the direction of student choreographers Rachael Berube of Giordano Dance Chicago, Brandon Harneck of Thodos Dance Chicago and Stephanie Paul of Be The Groove, the 25 Hersey dancers, ranging from freshmen to seniors, will perform an array of styles, from classical pointe to hip-hop.

Tickets are $7 for adults and $6 for students and seniors and can be purchased at the door or in advance by contacting Christine Widell at (847) 718-4983 or christine.widell@d214.org.
