Rolling Meadows Park District hiring lifeguards for summer

The Rolling Meadows Park District is seeking applicants to fill 35 open lifeguard positions at two pools for the 2015 swim season.

Applicants must be at least 16 years of age, swimming experience is preferred but not required.

Applications must be made by Feb. 27.

"Summer is rapidly approaching and we are currently looking for responsible young adults to help us make this swim season our best one yet," said Tim Carter, recreation supervisor of Aquatics, Rolling Meadows Park District.

Plum Grove Park Aquatic Facility: 1-5 p.m. Monday-Friday, 1-8 p.m. Saturdays and 1-7 p.m. Sundays June 6-Aug. 16; 1-5 p.m. July 4 and Labor Day.

Nelson Sports Complex Aquatic Facility: 1-4:30 p.m. and 6:30-8:30 p.m. daily from June 6-Aug.16; 1-5 p.m. July 4.

Applications for Rolling Meadow Park District Lifeguard positions must be submitted through the rmparks.org website.
