Huskies to play 6 home and 6 road games in 2015
STORRS, Conn. (AP) - UConn's football schedule for 2015 includes six home games and six on the road.
The Huskies will play eight games against American Athletic Conference opponents under the league's new divisional system.
In addition to the five other teams in the East Division, the Huskies will play Houston, Tulane and Navy from the West Division.
The schedule, released Thursday, also includes four non-conference games, highlighted by trips to Missouri on Sept. 19 and BYU on Oct. 2.
UConn opens the season with a Thursday night home game on Sept. 3 against Villanova. The Huskies also host Army on Sept. 12, Navy on Sept. 26, South Florida on Oct. 17, East Carolina on Oct. 30 and Houston on Nov. 21.
