St. Raymond hosts 12th year of Lenten Fish Fry Fridays

For the 12th consecutive year, St. Raymond de Penafort Catholic Church in Mount Prospect will host Lenten Fish Fry Fridays.

The dinners will be available from 5 to 7:30 p.m. on Feb. 20, March 6 and March 20 in the church's Parish Life Center.

"We are excited to be able to offer this Lenten dinner event to the parish and local community once again this year," said Libby Bullock, who along with Corrie Cogan co-chairs the fish frys.

Dine in and carryout meals - consisting of perch, fried shrimp, or cheese pizza, french fries, coleslaw, apple sauce, salad, beverage and dessert - will be available for $5 to $11, depending on age and entree option chosen.

The entrance is on Lincoln Street, just west of the church's parking lot on Hwy. 83 at the corner of Elmhurst Avenue and Lincoln Street.
