Two Attorneys Join Lavelle Law, Ltd

Lavelle Law, Ltd, of Palatine has announced the hiring of two new attorneys. Joining the firm are Jonathan Miller and Sarah Flohr. With the new hires the firm now employs twenty attorneys.

Miller has been a member of the Illinois Bar since 2003. His arrival will allow Lavelle Law to formalize a new Securities Law practice group. "Jonathan has practiced securities and corporate law for more than a decade and we anticipate his skill set will enhance the services we provide to corporate clients involved in complex transactions," said founding partner Kerry Lavelle. "He will help us strengthen our work in transactional cases for many of our larger clients in the financial community."

A graduate of Western Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Human Resource Management, Miller received his JD from the University of Missouri School of Law. He began his career with Vanasco Genelly & Miller.

"I am looking forward to establishing my practice along with the well-respected attorneys at Lavelle Law," said Miller. "The firm has an outstanding client base and I welcome the opportunity to add to their success by expanding the services we offer."

A 2014 graduate of The John Marshall Law School, Sarah Flohr has previously clerked at firms in both Chicago and New York. With a Bachelor of Science degree from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, Flohr will concentrate on matters of business litigation as well as helping expand the firm's highly successful Estate Planning practice group.

"Sarah will contribute immediately in her areas of concentration," said Lavelle. "We strive to always exceed our client's expectations and we can now better meet the demand we have created through our successful work to date."

A native of Carmel, Indiana, Flohr is anxious to begin building relationships with Lavelle clients. "The firm is highly regarded throughout Chicago and I have been impressed with the manner in which my colleagues work together to seamlessly meet needs of clients in multiple areas of law."

Both new attorneys will contribute to the firm's aggressive approach to developing media content by contributing articles to the firm's website at www.lavellelaw.com, participating as regular contributors to "Chicago's Legal Latte", the weekly podcast series that the firm produces, and appearing in a series of new videos the firm is producing highlighting key service areas. The podcasts can be heard via download on iTunes, www.blogtalkradio.com and www.lavellelaw.com and the videos can also be found on the Lavelle Law website.

Lavelle Law was founded in 1989 and operates fifteen practice groups out of its main office in Palatine along with a Loop office which was expanded in 2014.
