Feb. 15 last day to enroll for 2015 ACA health coverage

Sunday, Feb. 15, is the last day to enroll for health insurance coverage. To help you beat the rush and avoid the penalty for not having health insurance, Aunt Martha's Health Center will be offering free enrollment assistance at our Affordable Care Act Enrollment (Obamacare) Fairs all this week. These events are open to the public, and everyone is welcome to attend.

You will be able to immediately sign up for health care coverage with the help of certified Health Insurance Navigators, who can assist you in both English and Spanish.

The Navigators will be able to answer Marketplace and/or Medicaid questions, provide information, and help you navigate through your health insurance options regarding the Affordable Care Act.

Those planning to attend should bring with them:

• Proof of Illinois residency (driver's license or state ID)

• Social Security number (for you and anyone else for whom you are applying for coverage)

• Income verification (such as W-2's or tax information or a recent pay stub)

Anyone unable to attend but wishing to enroll can call (708) 747-7444 to schedule an appointment at one of our 19 health centers.
