Blackhawks vs. Ranger Tickets in Library's Silent Auction

The two tickets are for Sunday, March 8, 6:30pm against the New York Rangers, are in row 11and include a parking pass. "We are looking forward to another great event this year and are thrilled to have Blackhawks tickets again", said Tony Gundrum, Lake Villa District Library Board and Foundation President. "We are grateful to all the donors who make 'A Night at the Library' so special".

'A Night at the Library' is the LVDL Foundation's annual event to raise funds for items beyond the Library's operating budget. This year's effort will go toward SMART Technology for the Teen Area.

'A Night at the Library' has become a very popular event in the community attracting hundreds of people. Held after hours in the library, it's part wine tasting and part jazz concert with the silent auction the focal point of the evening. "So many area businesses donate to the auction", said Gundrum, "it's proof of how vibrant our community is".

There's still time to donate to the auction and sponsorships are also available. Call Paul at 847-245-5106 for details. 'A Night at the Library' is Friday, February 20, 7pm. $5 at the door. Must be 21 to attend.
