Receive a free health screening at the Schaumburg Park District
Learn about your health status with a free screening.
The Schaumburg Park District will offer free health screenings at the Community Recreation Center, 505 N. Springinsguth Road. A nurse from Alexian Brothers Health System will be on-site providing complimentary blood pressure screenings and body fat/body composition analysis.
Upcoming screenings:
• 8 to 11 a.m. | Feb. 11 | Senior Center
• 5-8 p.m. | Feb. 18 | Water Works Lobby
• 8-11 a.m. | Feb. 25 | Fitness Center
"We're excited to offer this screening to our patrons," said Alyssa Danca, fitness supervisor. "Health and fitness is an important part of life, and we encourage our residents to stay healthy."
After exercising, it's recommended to wait 20 to 30 minutes before blood pressure screening.
