PM Prime Steakhouse Hosts Supper Club Events
Don your fedora or your pill box hat and get ready for the PM Prime Supper Club. Guests will step back in time to an era of straight-up martinis, silk suits and the sounds of Sinatra crooning in the background. PM Prime will transport guests to a romantic time and place when the Rat Pack ruled Vegas. The PM Prime Supper Club will take place Wednesdays and Thursdays beginning February 11 and continue through February 26, from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Reservations are strongly recommended.
PM Prime Executive Chef Dominic Zumpano has prepared a menu that honors timeless American classic cuisine. Dine on 1960s supper club favorites such as Prime Rib, Leg of Lamb and White Fish. Appetizers include Oysters Rockefeller, Crab Cake and the classic of all classics French Onion Soup. And to finish it off there is a delicious Pie a la Mode or a decadent Chocolate Crème Brulee. And the menu isn't the only thing that will hark back to a simpler time, the prices will too! Entrees start at $19.
"I remember my mother's stories about supper club dates with my dad at the Pump Room and I wanted to recreate that experience at PM Prime," said Steve Platcow, Chief Experience Officer of PM Prime steakhouse. "It was a magical era," he added.
Even the décor of PM Prime has the look and feel of the classic supper clubs of the 60s with its Sputnik inspired lighting fixtures, charming shaded wall sconces and the rich black leather upholstered seating. Diners are surrounded by stunning black and white images celebrating the history of aviation and aeronautics including the Apollo missions of the 60s.
In addition to the supper club menu, PM Prime will continue offer its full menu which includes an excellent selection of prime steaks, along with seafood and poultry dishes creatively interpreted by Chef Zumpano. Current highlights include Lamb Osso Bucco served with turnip risotto, Bison Hanger Steak served with parsley root, smoked cherries and watercress and Pork Chop served with leek hash, apple sauce and rosemary jus.
