Another building turned to rubble

Where have all our landmarks gone, gone to rubble every one. The latest well known building to get turned into an empty lot is the old Rondout foundry building. People who didn't grow up here in the 1950s would know it as Jamaica Gardens.

It could have been used as a restaurant, it could have been a contender, it could have been something! Oh wait a minute, that was the Brainard School building, Marlon Brando went there.
